Constellation was a suite of artworks built specifically to be experienced by the community of 353 Crown Street in New Haven, CT, during semester-end reviews in December 2008. The work consisted mainly of modifying the existing architectural features of the main critique space, a room intimately familiar to the intended audience. These modifications included but were not limited to the following:

I disrupted the original grid of nine cylindrical light fixtures by installing several additional, handmade cylinders.

Those familiar with the space would recognize three air vents, original to the right wall of the space.

On the critique wall opposite, I hung three painting-like objects made from vent covers backed with charcoal-covered paper:
